Do you have a child that will be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2025? Do you reside in Habersham County? If so, you are eligible to apply for high-quality Georgia Pre-K in the Habersham County School System.
We currently have one Pre-K class at all elementary schools with the exception of the Woodville campus. Woodville residents are eligible to apply for the Hazel Grove Pre-K Program. Pre-K is an all day program that is housed inside of our elementary schools. We have 20 students in each classroom, so spots are limited. We will be holding Pre-K Application Days on February 24 and 25 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.. Applications must be completed online and are now available. However, to complete the application you will need to come to Pre-K Application Day. Please see the attached flyer for more information about what to bring to Pre-K Application Day and what to expect.
**Although a child may meet eligibility factors, placement is not guaranteed in a Habersham County Georgia Pre-K classroom. Placement is determined by a lottery drawing based on the district in which you live. Only students that reside in Habersham County will be considered for placement.
